Reputation Management

This area will show all metrics related to the Holly function called Reputation Management, where patients whose appointments have been managed by Holly can give feedback on their experience throughout their appointments.

The metrics can be filtered by calendar or period.

After this, the dashboard will show the Total Appointments Per Period whose patients sent the reputation message and the Average Score per Period.

The different metrics by period that will be shown are:

Messages by Appointment Type

This will display the amount of Reputation Management messages that were sent according to the respective appointment type.

Messages by Calendar

This will display the amount of Reputation Management messages that were sent according to the respective calendar that they were scheduled on.

Reputation Management Message Reply Rate

This will display the amount of Reputation Management messages that were answered.

Scoring

Here you will see the percentage of people who gave a certain score, the categories are:

  • Score 4 to 5

  • Score 1 to 3

Feedback of the Period

Here we can see the score, appointment time, and date as well as the comments that an attendee left. You will only see the ones that were made in the period selected in the filters section.
