How to mark patients no-show.

So your patient didn't attend your scheduled appointment even though he confirmed? Don’t worry, we can help you so Holly can communicate and reschedule.

Step 1: Open your Google Calendar

Step 2: Open the Appointment.

  1. Click on the unattended appointment.

  2. Edit event

  3. On the right side, a menu will appear. On this menu, there's a person icon we just need to click it until it is not entirely filled with the black color.

  4. After we unmarked it, just save it and Holly will know the patient didn’t attend and communicate immediately so they can reschedule, (it will show a red balloon next to the patient's name when she is contacting them.)

Example: In the following example our patient missed the appointment on August 17, so we are going to apply the process mentioned above so Holly will reschedule the appointment.
