My Telehealth reminders say #URL but no link is being sent

If your patients received the reminders for their Telehealth appointments without a link (#URL) to connect, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Log into your Holly by Nimblr account. 

Step 2: Go to the Telehealth section on your top blue bar.


Step 3:

  • If each provider uses a different link for their Telehealth appointments, first select the provider from the dropdown menu.


    Then scroll down to the Set your URL's for each of your providers section and place the provider’s link in the Virtual room URL field.


    Please note that it is necessary to do this for each provider.

  • If all the providers use the same link for their Telehealth appointments, you don't need to select anything from the dropdown menu and just place the link in the Virtual room URL field.

That's it! Your patients will now receive the link to connect to their Telehealth appointment 💻
