My Telehealth reminders say #URL but no link is being sent

If your patients receive their telemedicine appointment reminders without a link to connect, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Nimblr.ai website and log into your Holly by Nimblr account.

Step 2: Go to the Telehealth tab on your top blue bar.

Step 3:

  • If all your providers use the same link for the Telehealth appointments, scroll down to the Set your URL's for each of your providers section and set up the fields.

  • If each provider uses a different link for the Telehealth appointments, first select the provider from the dropdown menu.

Then scroll down to the Set your URL's for each of your providers section and set up the fields for that specific provider.

That's it! Your patients will now receive the link to connect to their Telehealth appointment 💻
