When asking for a specific time
She interprets the hours like this:
She considers morning from 6:00 AM to 11:59 AM
She considers afternoon from 12:00 PM to 4:59 PM
She considers evening from 5:00 PM to 8:59 PM
She considers night from 9:00 PM to 11:59 PM
She will look for appointments available today, if there are no open slots she will give you dates close to the date or ask you to write more options.

She will show you the weekend dates that are available for consultation, in case the practitioner doesn’t have open slots or doesn’t work that particular day she will ask you to write another time.
If you write a specific date, Holly will search available slots for the day your are asking, if she doesn’t find an open slot , she will look for a date close to the date you are asking.
