Holly's Texting Capabilities

Holly has an amazing capability of understanding words (she is down with the kids), in this article, there’s a list of different words you can tell Holly and how she will interpret them.

When asking for a specific time

She interprets the hours like this:

Word	Information
Morning	She considers morning from 6:00 AM to 11:59 AM
Afternoon	She considers afternoon from 12:00 PM to 4:59 PM
Evening	She considers evening from 5:00 PM to 8:59 PM
Night	She considers night from 9:00 PM to 11:59 PM
Today	She will look for appointments available today, if there are no open slots she will give you dates close to the date or ask you to write more options.
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Friday Saturday Sunday	She will look for appointments available for the specific day, if there are no open slots she will give you dates close to the date or ask you to write more options.
Weekend	She will show you the weekend dates that are available for consultation, in case the practitioner doesn’t have open slots or doesn’t work that particular day she will ask you to write another time.
Specific date	If you write a specific date, Holly will search available slots for the day your are asking, if she doesn’t find an open slot , she will look for a date close to the date you are asking.

Here’s a list of different sentences she also can take, but her main focus is the date 😉 (Don’t worry she can take more sentences, but we wanted to make this an easy reading, not a Harry Potter Book)

Wednesday evening
2 PM tomorrow
Ten PM, it’s really fine to me.

I was expecting to go next Friday.
I need this medical visit before April ends.
I’m available to go tomorrow.

I’m able to come this Thursday.
Friday after 8 AM
Next month between 9-12
After 7 PM on a Monday

Before 6 pm
Hb tomorrow in the middle of the day?
Next space available around 5 or 6 pm
Next Saturday afternoon.

I’d like to have the first space you have free next Wednesday.
I want 5 PM any day this coming week.
I can come in today.

What’s your first appointment on Friday?
Wednesday at 9 or 10:30 AM
May 25 at any time.
At 8 o’clock

You can reply with words like:
