Guess what? You can modify or review your practice address directly from your CareCloud account.
Why? Holly pulls your practice address directly from your account.
Follow the next steps to verify your address is being sent correctly.
Step 1: Log in to your CareCloud account.
Step 2: Click on the Configuration button in your top left menu.
Step 3: Click on Locations.
Step 4: Select the location of the address you want to modify or review and fix the address.
All done! Holly will send the address you have in your configuration.
