Holly supports your patient's Appointment Template

Drchrono uses "Appointment Templates" as a way to manage parts of your day to a specific treatment/practice. To learn how to set up/configure your EHR "Appointment Templates", please visit Drchrono's support page. Please know that you MUST have "Appointment Profiles" already configured in your EHR to access this feature.

If you have a patient scheduled in an assigned template and you want Holly to ONLY reschedule the appointment in the available time slots of the same template in the future, Holly handles it in a very simple way.

Steps to configure this preference:

Step 1: Go to your Preferences page and scroll down to your "Event Management".

Step 2: Turn on "Reschedule via Templates" by clicking on the button.

By doing this, Holly will ONLY offer slots available in your patient's Appointment Template.
