Drchrono manages "Appointment Profiles" which are focused on patients. You can personalize a patient's appointment profile (or “type”)  when you create the event in your calendar. For more information, please visit Drchrono's support page.

Offices use "Appointment Profiles" in varying ways other than patient-center (i.e. New Patient, Follow-up...etc.). They can also be used in for certain protocols (i.e. Insurance, payment trigger...etc.). You can have Holly EXCLUDE working with any certain appointment types. That means that Holly will NOT reach out via text to confirm/remind these appointments.

For any appointment types you wish to exclude, Holly’s preferences can be configured below:

How to set this up in PREFERENCES:

Step 1: Go to your Preferences page and scroll down to your "Event Management".

Step 2: If you scroll down the options in this preference. You will see ALL your Drchrono's "Appointment Profiles".

Step 3: You can select as many "Appointments Profiles" as you want for Holly to exclude/include. Note that you will see the number of profiles you have selected once you are done.
